That is one of the U.S. diplomatic memo, which leaked WikiLeaks. As monitored CNN, Sunday, December 12, 2010, memo was filed by the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, South Korea (ROK), in 2007. Communication between the North with the U.S. Embassy through an intermediary, whose name was censored from the document.

"Setting the Eric Clapton concert in Pyongyang [North Korea's capital] can bring benefits, he said [the intermediary], considering the second son Kim Jong-il is a fan of the legend of the skirt," according to excerpts of the memo.

"Given the second son Kim Jong-il, Kim Jong-Chol, reportedly is a big fan of [Clapton], the concert could be a chance to build goodwill," the memo continued.
